The sophomore has given a great jump from last season to now. Her 200m best has dropped by nearly 10 seconds from last year to now. Costa has also knocked off a few seconds from her 100m best from last season, a good reflection of her improvement over the course of two seasons. Both her new P.Rs came from the Orange Prelims a few days back.
The most improved sophomore in CA for the 3200m distance. The 10th grader from Rosemead has taken off well over three and a half minutes from his previous P.R in the event. He also put together a gutsy performance in the 800m earlier this year, shaving off thirty seconds from last season's best.
A big P.R for Olivia in the 800m run. The sophomore from Chula Vista has cut fifty seconds from her best last season. She's also shown significant improvement in the 1600m run, taking off almost a minute from her mile best. Olivia still has a bit of room left in the season for another P.R.
