CIF-STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - Carson, GHC win 4x100 Relay Titles



The Carson (LA) girls gave sprint champion Reign Redmond plenty of lead time and that was all the University of Georgia recruit needed to bring home the title in 45.61. Serra-Gardena (SS), with 200m sprint champion Brazil Neal on anchor, closed fast for second but was unable to defend their title from '22, running 46.15. Team title favorite Wilson-Long Beach (SS) placed third picking up six big points, running 46.66.



State leader Granada Hills Charter (LA), with Dijon Stanley running the second leg and Jayden Smith on anchor, rolled to the title in 40.39. Jordan Coleman Granada an lead-off, and Kanye Martin took the baton for the third leg.

Acalanes (NC) placed second in 40.96 with Oaks Christian (SS) third in 41.02.
