Athletes are listed with '22 grade class, school, mark, heat number. These are from the finals only, no prelim results are included. Relays and pentathlon results are not included.

Among this list are 12 girls who competed in the CIF-State Track Championships last May in 14 events, including seven top-six medalists and one runner-up (Y'Vette Harris in the 100m hurdles).
