California's high school track and field season is right around the corner and MileSplit California (ca.milesplit.com) is looking for passionate individuals to join our already strong team of talented contributors across the Golden State.
Videographers, interviewers, writers, photographers and social media-savvy individuals in California, MileSplitCA will pay you to provide content from track and field meets this spring.
This is an ideal opportunity for multi-media students seeking paid work experience, but is open to anyone with a passion for the sport and a desire to help us promote the athletes and teams across the Golden State.
We are especially looking for candidates in or around the following regions:
- Central Valley - Bakersfield, Fresno, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, SLO
- Central Coast - Monterey, San Jose, Santa Cruz
- Northern - Chico, Redding
- Sac-Joaquin Section - Sacramento, Stockton, Turlock
- SoCal - Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Ventura
Candidates: You must have ...
- Computer access to edit and upload photos and videos
- Access to videography and/or photography equipment (we do not provide cameras)
- Availability to attend meets (primarily on Saturdays, plus some Fridays)
- Reliable transportation
