CONGRATULATIONS to these 16 outstanding track and field athletes in the Class of 2025 who have been selected as the best in their class in CA from the 2022 outdoor season.

The All-State MileSplit Freshman Boys All-CA Track and Field Team was selected based primarily but not exclusively on athletes who rank among the top of their class in the U.S., are CA class leaders, and were State Meet qualifiers in individual events.

These teams are selected by the editor and are subjective.

Marks are based on the MileSplit database. Stronger consideration is given to marks achieved at CIF and top invitationals over league meets and duals. Consistency at a high level may also be a factor in final selections.

Every attempt is made to represent all 14 individual events among the selections.

There were seven boys in the Class of 2025 who qualified and had a mark at the CIF-State Championship Prelims. Of those, only two made the finals, Dublin's Khaliq Muhammad in the pole vault and Clovis North's McKay Madsen in both throws.

Athletes are listed alphabetically by last name. All references to rankings are within the class unless noted otherwise.
