Daniel Trampe, a senior at Dublin (NC), won the North Coast Section Division 1 title in a time of 15:13.8 on the 3-mile Hayward HS course to beat senior teammate Sharvin Manjrekar by 12.5 seconds while leading his team to a perfect 15 points for the team title.

In recognition of his accomplishment, Trampe was voted as CA's Boys Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week ending Nov. 20, receiving 43.09 percent of the vote in a statewide poll. Tamalpias (NC) senior Caden Carney was second with 20.81 percent of the vote.

Vote for this week's CA Boys Cross Country Runner of the Week based on last week's meet results through Nov. 20. Voting closes Friday at 9 p.m.
