Now fully into November, the final month of the CIF competition schedule in 2019, our review of boys and girls 3-mile and 5K weekly leaders will continue through post-CIF competition held last December.
A year go this week, ranking of girls on 5,000-meter courses was limited to just three CIF section meets: Central, Oakland and San Francisco.
