Now fully into November, the final month of the CIF competition schedule in 2019, our review of boys and girls 3-mile and 5K weekly leaders will continue through post-CIF competition held last December.
A year go this week, league finals dominated the calendar and for boys running on 5,000 meter courses, the Southwestern League Finals at the flat fast Galway Downs track produced the top six fastest times in the state and 15 of the top 21.
