Looking toward the 2021 CIF cross country season ranking Northern Section returning boys based on results achieved during the 2019 season.

For these rankings, we search the database for the top 2,000 runners in each category. There are 172 returning boys in the Northern Section with 5000-meter cross country times from 2019.
