Teams to Watch
Yreka has the strongest returning top 5 and is also the deepest team among the D4 schools, with 7 girls back that ran under 23 minutes last year. It looks like Enterprise and Las Plumas will be locked in a tight battle for the second advancing state meet team; they return nearly identical squads (points-wise) from the 2014 section finals.

Athletes to Watch (Individual Rankings)
There's no doubt here - Natalie Ulloa (Enterprise) is the dominant force in the entire section, let alone Division 4. She is the top 5K and 3 Mile returner by large margins, and she had excellent track times, as well. Meri Krier (Yreka) is the #2 returner, and she has her hands full just holding onto that spot with Anna Lewis (Central Valley) hard on her heels.
