Without much of an argument, the most competitive league in the Central Coast Section will take place this Friday at St. Francis. The West Catholic Athletic League (WCAL) has many of the best athletes in our section and the best two finishers in each varsity event will advance to the CCS semi-final on Saturday, May 20th at Gilroy HS. The league records and at-large marks are noted for each event and could play a hand for some of the athletes that do not finish in the top two.
