MileSplit caught up with Newbury Park (SS) senior Aaron Sahlman at an August workout in advance of the 2022 high school cross country season. Sahlman is among the nation's elite returners on the defending national championship team. We spoke with Sahlman a few days before school started and a day before he and his family were scheduled to transport older brother Colin to college at Northern Arizona University.
