When: Saturday, March 5, 2011
Where: Sierra HS- Manteca,
Time: Check-in begins at 8:00am;
Field events begin at 9:00am; Track events begin at 9:00;
meet usually finishes around 6:00pm
Cost: $200.00 per school (The first 27 schools to RSVP are guaranteed a spot in the meet.
Divisions: Frosh-Soph Boys and Girls, Varsity Boys and Girls
Track Events: One team per school in each division in relay events, and three athletes per school in individual events, per division.
Distance Medley Relay (800-400-1200-1600)
110/100m Shuttle Hurdles Relay (two athletes: out and back)
4x100m Relay
1600m Run
Sprint Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)
400m Run
4x200m co-ed Relay (girl-girl-boy-boy)
800m Run
4x400m Relay
Field Events: Three entries per event, per division. Each athlete will receive 3 attempts in the jumps and throws.
There may be minimum measurements, depending upon entries in the event.

High Jump
Pole Vault
Shot Put
Discus Throw
Awards: Medals to the top six individuals in each field and individual event in each division. Medals to the top three teams in relay events in each division.
Plaques to the top three teams in each division, in addition to a sweepstakes plaque to the best team by combining varsity division girls and boys scores.
