Dear Cross Country Coach],

You have been invited to the Frogtown Invite 2022 on Saturday, September 17, 2022, hosted on Athletic.net. Please see the instructions below to register and enter your athletes.

Also, take note that all entries are due by 12:00 AM (PDT), Tuesday, September 13, 2022!

We are inviting more team in hopes that a few of you are looking for a meet on the weekend of September 17th, 2022.  Frogtown invite is still accepting registrations.  This is a fantastic course to compete on with 3 significant hills, run on dirt and asphalt.  Located at the Calaveras Country Fair Grounds in Angels Camp in the California foothills.  This is also the course used for the San Jaoquin Sub Section Meet in early November.

New Division - Middle School - Boys and Girls - 8 am - 2 miles

Small Schools - Divisions  4, 5 run in the morning with 2 miles race first ending with Varsity 3 mile races.

Large School - Divisions 1, 2, 3 run in the afternoon with Varsity races first ending with 2 mile races.  

If we do not get more than 30 schools competing then we will combine all division and run them in the morning.  Decision will be made by Wednesday September 14th.

Divisions  (Boys and Girls separate). 

Frosh/Soph  2.1 miles

JV  2.1 miles. (we have openned up the Varisty 3 miles races to 10 racers per team.. If you need to add more athletes please make sure they can race in less then 30 mins for the 3 miles)

Varsity  3 miles

 After Middle School races.  High School race starting at 9 am then every 30 mins or so after each race starts.   Timing by CalTiming.  Registration via athletic.net.  Price $275 per full teams or $10 per athlete with a $50 minimum.

Other important information below;

$5 per car entry fee - school buses and van are free.

Enter on the South Entrance of the Fair Ground and Exit on the North Exit of the Fair Grounds.  One way system....

T - shirt will be for sale.

Small concessionaire will be open for drinks and snacks.  As well as Smoothie Patrol.

Bring you own water!!!  NO END OF RACE WATER STATION.  Please make sure you bring enough.  Hose at stage area if you need to fill up. There will be plenty of space to spread out in the stands and on the grass hill area all by the finish area and awards on the stage.

Check in at the stage (finish area)  starting at 8 am for packet pick up and maps.  

Coach meeting at 8:30 am morning races and 12:00 pm for afternoon races.  This may change if races start little earlier.  

Awards to top 20 in each race.  Plaque or small trophy for top three teams in each race.
