Facility: The Thorson Stadium and Ashton Family Track at Oaks Christian School
Registration: All Entries will be submitted online beginning now and ending March 18, 2:00 pm on athletic.net
Entries: 4x100 / 4x400 = TWO relays per school per event
Laned Events and Field Events = 5 varsity entries per event, 3 FS entries per event
Distance Events and DMR = unlimited
Pole Vault = unlimited
All weight implements will be weighed.
Pole Vault: Elevated runway in the center of the infield for varsity athletes
Cost: $15 per individual event, $20 per relay (Minimum per school $50.00)
$400 maximum fee per school
Early Commitment ($350 if contract is signed / submitted before Jan 15, 2018)

Olympic Champion and World Record Holder Maurice Greene will award a special trophy to the the winning school.
In Memory of Malachi James Smith who was a true champion in his fight with leukemia.
The winning boy and girl will be awarded a special trophy presented by Maurice Greene.
World Record Holder and World Champion Mike Powell will award the winning boy and girl a special trophy.
The individual winning boy and girl will be awarded with a special trophy.
The school with the 3 best combined marks will awarded with a special trophy.
Olympic Champion and World Record Holder Maurice Greene will award a special fire extinguisher trophy to the winning boy and girl.
Each lap, the slowest runners will be eliminated until only 4 runners remain the final lap. These
Athletes will determine the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Championship Belt Winners.

General Information
Spectators Entrance: Main Gate. There will be a $7.00 entry fee for all spectators (students with ID $5.00)
Athlete / Coach Entrance: West Gate
Concessions: Pizza, sub sandwiches, sports drinks, water, typical concession items and more
Track & Field Facility: Synthetic 9-Lane Track & Synthetic Runways and synthetic grass
Spike Length: 3/16 pyramid spikes. Participants without appropriate spikes will not be permitted to run in spikes.
Warm Up / Team Area: The middle school synthetic grass baseball field will be available for warm up and team canopies. Please leave the stadium available for spectators.
Limited Space!! Consistent with most track events canopies in the stadium will only permitted in top rows. These spaces are first come first serve.
Infield for competition only: Please, keep athletes not competing off the infield.
Parents, fans and coaches will not be permitted on the infield.
Track & Field Access: NW Gate: Clerk of the Meet / all field event access
E Gate: Exit only (near the PV & HJ)
Reporting for Events: Field Events: With the event officials.
Track Events: Staging area near the NW Gate
Bus Loading & Unloading: Please use Gate F at the middle school for loading and unloading. This is the closet drop off for canopies on the warm up field.
Bus Parking: After drop off please use La Tienda Drive parallel to the 101 Freeway for Bus Parking>
Restrooms: The stadium restrooms will be available. These can be used for dressing rooms.
Please, supervise your athletes. DO NOT let athletes wander about the campus.
