Thank you for your interest in the Long Beach Relays. Here are a few items you need to know:
-We will be using a rolling schedule, but we will email our best guess on a time schedule along with the heat sheets on Thursday.
-Please read all the details below as there have been adjustments!

Payments can also be made on the day of the track meet prior to the start of the meet. All entry fees must be paid prior to start of meet. Fees may be paid on day of meet at Packet Pick-up. No Teams will compete unless payment is made.
SPECTATORS: $5 per adult; $2 per student (with ID); Children under 10 are free
ENTRANCE: Spectators and Athletes will enter Stadium via gate on Xiemno Ave
PARKING: Plenty of free street parking on Xiemno Ave, 7th Street, and along Park Ave; there will also be a $5/car parking lot available on Xiemno Ave
STADIUM OPENS: Stadium will open at 7:30am
DATE/TIME: Saturday, March 7, 2019 9:00am-4:00pm
COACHES MEETING: Coaches meeting will take place at 8:45am at the starting line.
CLERK OF THE COURSE: Competitors will receive starting
instructions from the clerk of the course. All competitors will be escorted to the competition area. Athletes need to check-in prior to their event.
ENTRIES: All entries will be made on EPI Sports.com
RELAY TEAMS: One scoring team... B, C, D, E, F TEAMS DON'T SCORE
TIMING: Automatic timing will available. All results will be posted on prepcaltrack.com
FIELD EVENTS: 3 entrants per school per division.
EQUIPMENT: Teams Furnish own Batons, throwing implements, and pole vaults poles
AWARDS: Medals will be given to top 3 places overall in running and field events.
SNACK BAR: Various items will be for sale at snack bar... Chronic Tacos and Manna Kettle Corn will be on site
TRASH: Each team is responsible for cleaning their area. Please be considerate of this throughout meet. There will be a large bag in your team packet to help with process.
CANOPIES: Set-Up canopies at the very top row of bleachers or on the perimeter of the warm up field area. NO RADIOS: No Radios will be allowed at the meet.
