OAKS CHRISTIAN INVITATIONAL
Oaks Christian high school would like to invite your school to participate in an early season multiple school track & field meet. Our objective is to provide an early season low-key and creative meet for smaller school track team participation.
Date: Saturday, March 3, 2018
Levels: Boys Varsity Girls Varsity
Boys Frosh/Soph Girls Frosh / Soph
Start Time: 8:30 AM
Location: The Thorson Stadium and Ashton Family Track at Oaks Christian School
Facility: 9-Lane All-Weather Track, High Jump & Long Jump
Timing: FAT (Finish Lynx system)
Entries: All Entries will be submitted online through Episports.com,
beginning January 20, 7:00am and ending on Feb. 28, 2:00pm.
THREE entries per Individual Running Event and per Relay
THREE entries per HJ, LJ, TJ, SP, DT
UNLIMITED entries per PV
Cost: $250 per school ($125 single gender)

General Information
Spectators Entrance: Main Gate. There will be a $3.00 entry fee for all spectators
Athlete / Coach Entrance: West Gate
Concessions: Pizza, sub sandwiches, sports drinks, water, typical concession items and more
Track & Field Facility: Synthetic 9-Lane Track & Synthetic Runways and synthetic grass
Spike Length: 3/16 pyramid spikes.
Participants without appropriate spikes will not be permitted to run in spikes.
Warm Up / Team Area: The middle school synthetic grass baseball field will be available for warm up and
team canopies.. Please leave the stadium available for spectators.
Infield for competition only: Please, keep athletes not competing off the infield.
Parents, fans and coaches will not be permitted on the infield.
Track & Field Access: NW Gate: Clerk of the Meet / all field event access
E Gate: Exit only (near the PV & HJ
Reporting for Events: Field Events: With the event officials.
Track Events: Staging area near the NW Gate
Bus or Van Parking: Please use La Tienda Drive parallel to the 101 Freeway.
Bus loading & unloading must occur in the church parking lot.
Restrooms: The stadium restrooms will be available. These can be used for dressing rooms.
Please, supervise your athletes. DO NOT let athletes wander about the campus.
