With The Desert Twilight XC Festival tomorrow, we decided to take a look back at the top 200 times from athletes on the girls side over the years.

With The Desert Twilight XC Festival coming up, we decided to take a look back at the top 200 times from Arizona athletes on the girls side over the years.

We took the top-800 girl 800M runners in Arizona history and then plotted out which teams would have the best fantasy 4x800 squad of all-time. 64 teams made the cut. See if your school and your athlete is in there.

1A - 2A   Junior Andrea Klimowski from Northland Prep is the clear favorite in the Division 1A-2A State Meet this Saturday.  Some highlights from Klimowski's season include, 2nd at the Blue Ridge-Shane Morris Inviteand 6th at the Four Corners Invitational.  Klimowski also led her team to a 9th place finish at the Mt. Sac Invitational in California two weeks ago.  Klimowski may get some competition from teammate Corrie Bain(So.) who took 5th at the Blue Ridge-Shane Morris Invite.  Other contenders for the title could be FreshmanBrittany Little (Hopi) and Sophomore Caitlyn Mains (Northwest Christian).  Little finished 4th at the Hopi Invite,6th at the Jack Boehle Memorial, 7th at Ojo Rojo and 9th at the Blue Ridge-Shane Morris Invite.  Mains won the Tempe Prep Invitational and finished second at Phoenix Country Day School Invite.

MESA, AZ -  The weather could not have been better as nearly 900 runners stepped up to the line (not at the same time) at the 2nd Annual Queen Creek Twilight Invitational held at the Toka Sticks Golf Course in Mesa.               Pictured: Sophomore Aeoleone Bristow, Rio Rico crossing the finish line at the 2nd Annual Queen Creek Invitational.

TEMPE, AZ - The prestigious Doug Conley Invitational is viewed by many to be the best competition in the state.  Unlike the State Meet, which has one winner per class, the Conley Invite has only one Individual male and female champion.  Named after Douglas Lee Conley, a well known coach at Tempe High School who coached several men's teams to US rankings including the 1973 boys US#2 team, the meet concentrates on the varsity team philosopy with the top 20 teams in the state, regardless of class, competing for the team title.    Jessica Tonn crossing the finish line at the Doug Conley Invitational at Kiwanis Park
