Woodward Park's 5K course is home to the Clovis and Rough Rider Invitationals, the CIF-State Championships, and numerous other events in the Central Section.

Hayward HS is one of the primary courses in the North Coast Section. The 3-mile layout is home to major meets like Farmer, Mariner, and the NCS Championships.

Following a stellar '21 cross country season, the NCS is loaded once again with team and individual State-title challengers looking to make history.

Courses lumped in under the 3-mile heading vary in degrees of both difficulty and distance, some running faster, some slower, and some measured at 2.9x miles.
