We'll conduct a poll every week highlighting some of California's best performances. This week, we expanded the list since we had several divisional championship meets across the state. 

The California Performer of the Week poll will close at 5 p.m. PST this Thursday, and the winner will be announced shortly after.

CANDIDATES 

Braelyn Combe (Santiago): Double CIF Southern Section Division 1 champion in the 1600m (4:46.99- CA No.6) and 800m (2:11.72).

Madison Mosby (St. Mary's Academy): CIF Southern Section Division 4 champion in the 400m, 53.90 (CA No.2). Her team ran 3:47.69 in the 4x400m relay to win the D4 championship, the third fastest this season.

Keelan Wright (Chaparral): Double CIF Southern Section Division 1 champion in the 100m (11.50) and 200m (23.32). 

Kaitlyn Arciaga (Westview): CIF San Diego Section Division 1 champion in the 400m, 54.82 (CA No.9). 

Jaelyn Williams (Eastlake): CIF San Diego Section Division 1 champion in the 1600m (4:48.42) and 3200m (10:27.92). 

Ella Mogannam (Lick Wilmerding): North Coast Class A champion in the 1600m, 4:49.22 (CA No.13), to break 4:50 for the first time. 

Olivia Griffin (Da Vinci Charter Schools): Double CIF Southern Section Division 2 champion in the 100m hurdles (14.64) and 300m hurdles (42.44). 

Julia Teven (Brea Olinda): CIF Southern Section Division 1 champion in the high jump at 5-8ft, tied for CA No.2.  

Paige Echsner (Del Norte): Continued undefeated season in the pole vault with a PR of 13-10 to win the CIF San Diego Section Division 1 Championships.
