The TEN High School Preview

This Saturday, The TEN in San Juan Capistrano, California, will showcase some of the nation's best high school distance talent, streaming live on FloTrack.

Girls 3200m: First Sub-10 of 2025?

Rylee Blade headlines the Girls 3200m after running 15:16.72 for 5000m indoors, where she also broke 10 minutes in the 3200m for the first time. She'll be challenged by Summer Wilson, Megan Crum, Abigail Errington, and a great field of girls looking for big PRs. Wilson is known for her deadly finishing kick that won her the 1600m at The TEN last season.

Boys 3200m: Sub-9 Watch

California's best, led by Landon Pretre (8:48 PR), will aim to dip under 9 minutes. Liam Miller is the defending 3200m champion, coming off an excellent indoor season in which he was undefeated. Jr Lesher and Zion Ortiz add depth to a stacked field, promising a fast race.

Pro 1500m: Oregon's Dynamic Duo

High school standouts Josiah Tostenson and Tayvon Kitchen step up against professionals in the Final Surge 1500m. Both broke 4 minutes in the mile indoors, so don't count them out being real competition with the big dogs. A 3:41 or faster would place them in the U.S. top 10 all-time.

Girls 1600m: Lieberman Leads the Charge

Jordin Lieberman (4:47 indoor mile PR) looks to improve her CA lead of 4:52 1600m mark but faces stiff competition from Holly Barker and Maya De Brouwer, both sub-4:52 milers.

800m and Day Session

Contenders for the CIF State Championship will be in the boys and girls 800m, looking to make big statements against the stacked completion. Additionally, this is the first year a day session has been added to The TEN, providing great races across the board! Check out the full entries.
