When assessing high school athletes, college coaches evaluate how they progress during their careers.

Below, we look at five girls who have helped their recruiting profiles with strong sophomore years.

These girls were all ranked in MileSplit's most recent Class of 2025's recruiting rankings, but they were unranked in MileSplit's initials rankings in November 2022.
