This article highlights the results of first-round dual as part of the MileSplitCA March Madness Virtual Meet Tournament. Virtual meets are scored based solely on 2020 results using the standard dual meet scoring points format of 5-3-1 for individuals and 5-0 for relays. Athletes are scored in no more than four events. No. 3 SANTA MARGARITA (SS) vs. No. 30 VISTA MURRIETA (SS)

Juniors Lauren Memoly and Kendall Saeger combined for 33 points and six event wins as No. 3 Santa Margarita Catholic eliminated Vista Murrieta, 83.5-52.5, in a first-round matchup in the girls bracket of the MileSplitCA virtual dual track meet tournament. 

Memoly had the top marks in the 200m, 400m and long jump and the runner-up time in the 100m, pulling in 18 points from her four events. Saeger had the top times in the 800, 1600 and 3200, earning 15 of her team's 18 points in the distances.

Saeger's 1600m time of 4:59.36 ranks No. 4 in CA based on 2020 outdoor marks achieved before the season was interrupted and her 800m time of 2:16.29 ranks No. 6. Memoly's 400m time of 57.26 ranks CA No. 6.

Junior Carlita Coleman had the top marks in both throws for Vista Murrieta.
