Deep Dive: Shot Put Progressions for Seniors & Juniors

With the 2020 outdoor season rapidly approaching and bringing with it a slate of early throws-focused meets, we're going to try to identify some potential breakout stars in the shot put. We're going to use the three-year progression of this year's seniors (their freshman, sophomore, and junior season bests) and compare them to the two-year progression for the juniors.
