Meet Information
Dear Coaches and Athletes,
We are excited to welcome you to the inaugural Cajon Season Preview Cross Country Invitational, hosted by Cajon High School. This event will take place on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, at California State University of San Bernardino.
This is a unique opportunity to kick off your cross-country season on a course that is not only flat, fast, and fun but also perfect for introducing new runners to the sport. The course is composed of 50% low-cut Bermuda grass, 25% running trails, and 25% sidewalks and pavements, making it an ideal mix for an early season preview that is not too taxing on the athlete's body. Additionally, the course offers plenty of shade and is spectator-friendly, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all attendees.
The cost for the event:
- $20 Individual
- $350 Full Boys and Girls Teams
- $200 For a Single Team of Boys or Girls

The invitational will feature four races: Boys and Girls Frosh/Soph, and Boys and Girls Juniors/Seniors. The top 25 finishers in each race will earn medals, providing a great incentive for your athletes to perform their best. The event schedule is as follows:
- 7:30 AM: Girls Frosh/Soph
- 8:15 AM: Boys Frosh/Soph
- 9:00 AM: Girls Juniors/Seniors
- 9:35 AM: Boys Juniors/Seniors
We'll wrap up the races before noon, allowing everyone to enjoy the rest of their day.
