Rising Pasadena HS (SS) senior Isaiah Givens spent time this summer training at altitude with the Newbury Park HS team. "The biggest thing for me to give myself confidence is knowing that I've done everything in my power to have the best race possible so that when I step up to the line, I'm ready to go no matter what."
