DJ Unruh Leads Falcon Team to Personal Best Performances October 11, 2008, Sacramento, CA – Running against Division 1 and 2 teams, the Forest Lake Christian Varsity Men’s runners all ran personal best times on the three mile Granite Park Cross Country Course at the “Other” Meet Invitational on Saturday morning.
Falcon Men’s’ and Coed Teams both Victorious October 4, 2008, Foresthill, CA – 10 schools competed at the Wildfire Cross Country Invitational on Saturday morning, trudging through a muddy 5 Kilometer course and braving intermittent rain storms. Just as sunlight began to break through the midst of parting clouds, the Forest Lake Christian Varsity Men’s runners cinched the team title in the Division 4 and 5 Race.
Falcons’ Violette and Weisman Soar Above the Heat September 26, 2008, Marysville, CA – 36 schools competed at the Yuba-Sutter Invitational on Friday afternoon, with over 190 runners braving the high temperatures in each race. Before the dust could settle, Austin Violette (pictured above in front) had placed 8th overall and first among Division-5 teams, while Christa Weisman took 9th overall and first against D-5 competition.

Forest Lake Christian Breaks into Top-Ten Finish at Nevada Union Cross Country Invitational Falcon Men’s Team First Division V Team September 13, 2008, Grass Valley, CA – Austin Violette, ran a personal best time of 17 minutes 51 Seconds, placing 8th to lead the Falcons to a top-ten overall team finish in the Small School Race (Divisions 3, 4, & 5) at the Nevada Union Cross County Invitational.
