This Week's Nominees:
London Shedd, Liberty (NC) (California): Swept all three events at the BVAL Tri Meet, posting the week's top 100m time of 11.61. Also won the 200m in 24.44 and long jump with a leap of 18-7.5.
Josie Hill, Sonoma Academy (NC) (California): Clocked the week's fastest 800m time of 2:07.34 with a victory at the Sacramento Meet of Champions. Also won the 400m at the CMC League Meet in 57.35.
Sidney Johnson, Rio Americano (SJ) (California): Put up the week's top discus mark of 153-4 at the Sacramento Meet of Champions. The sophomore also won the shot put with a throw of 42-4 at the CVC Meet 4A.
Dahlia Medrano, Bishop Montgomery (SS) (California): Ran the week's fastest 1600m time of 4:49.39, winning at the Del Rey League Prelims & Finals.
Sophia Forst, Pleasant Grove (SJ) (California): Cleared a state-leading 13-1 in the pole vault at the Sacramento Meet of Champions.
