The first Brooks XC Championships, presented by Fleet Feet, will take place on December 13th at Balboa Park in San Diego, CA, continuing the tradition of the original cross country national championships.
California is deeply connected to this meet, not just because of its location but also due to the more than 300 runners who have participated since 1979. Many of these runners went on to win national titles, compete in the NCAA, become professional athletes, or even Olympians.
