As the California cross country season enters November, runners across the state are gearing up for the biggest races of their lives, whether that's league finals, CIF section championships, the State meet, or even a December national event.

Before we get there, it's worth taking a look at a few runners who've shown major improvement since the Woodbridge XC Invitational. Below are some of the most improved athletes in the three-mile distance after Woodbridge, highlighting those who have continued to build momentum since their early-season peak.
