2. San Francisco University (NC ) - '17 State Champs looking for redemption after injury-riddled '18 season.
3. Francis Parker (SD) - Top-ranked team in the San Diego Section who may move up.
4. Santa Fe Christian (SD) - Another strong team out of the San Diego Section.
5. Viewpoint (SS) - In the mix for the Southern Section title.
6. Newport Beach Pacifica Christian (SS) - Impressive pack at Woodbridge Classic.
7. Crystal Springs Uplands School (CC) - Five consecutive CCS titles with eyes on a sixth.
8. St. Joseph Notre Dame (NC) - Will battle all season for BCL East supremacy with Head-Royce.
9. Head-Royce (NC) - Senior Ethan Ash leads the impressive Jayhawk pack.
10. Sonoma Academy (NC) - Led by Cal Poly SLO Hall of Fame runner Danny Aldridge.
10. Lick-Wilmerding (NC) - Podium finisher last year led by elite sophomore Alex Mader.
GIRLS
1. Lick-Wilmerding (NC) - Defending state champs looking for two in a row.
2. St. Margaret's (SS) - Finished 2nd last year behind LW by 6 points & may be just as close in '19.
3. San Francisco University (NC) - Freshman Maya Mason leads a strong Red Devil pack.
4. Santa Fe Christian (SD) - Top-ranked team out of San Diego Section.
5. Head Royce (NC) - Finish 9th last year at state with everybody back from that team.
6. Linfield Christian (SS) - Sophomore Ryley Burns leads the way for the Lions.
7. Nueva (CC) - Looking to regain their spot as the best team in CCS.
8. Urban San Francisco (NC) - Have been consistent State Meet contender out of NCS.
9. Castilleja (CC) - Top CCS team last year races for the first time this week.
10. Village Christian (SS) - Are led by 2018 State Meet runner-up junior Mia Barnett.
