On the most recent MileSplit LIVE, Cory, Bryan and Parker examine Nico Young's record 3-mile run at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic. In running 13:39.70, Young posted the fastest time in cross country history and surpassed Craig Virgin's previous overall 3-mile best of 13:50, which had stood since 1972.
