Let's be honest here: the LA City Section often gets overlooked when considering the top talent around the state. Of course, that got harder last year when Carson won the girls' state championship and posted some all time great relay performances. LA may not have the depth of a few other sections, but its top athletes can definitely hang with the best in California.
