Division III Boys

Live!!! The day is progessing with increasingly improved times by teams in every division. The state championship course record book is being rewritten with each race.

University City senior Mac Fleet cruised home for individual victory taking top honors in 15:08 over Barstow standout Isaac Chavez, 15:15. Fleet claims his first cross country state championship.

The talk of the division was the four-peat of the Aztec men from Barstow. Claiming team victory with a 70-101 route of Campolindo it was never a question after the first mile as Barstow cruised to a total team time of 78:52 (Division Team Time Record). Nothing special as compared to earlier races but a Div III dynasty has been established. The senior heavy, actually completely, team went out with a bang.
