We are now one day away from 2017 so before we turn our attention completely to the outdoor Track and Field season, let's go back and celebrate the best/most impactful individuals from the 2016 Track and Field season. I have to say that 2016 had an incredible group of athletes and coming up with lots of names was fairly easy. The hard part was narrowing it down to 15 individuals and placing them in order. I am sure many of you will argue the order as it's quite subjective. Some of the athletes listed below will go down as all-time bests in a state about to field it's 99th state meet and the best part of all is that some of them are back to add to their legacy in 2017.
