Brandon Miller Crushes AAU 1500m Record 3:58

DES MOINES, IOWA Brandon Miller of O'Fallon, Missouri, claimed his sixth AAU Junior Olympics 1500m national title on Tuesday during the Junior Olympic Games.

The rising junior broke Jim Jennings record of 3:59.20, which was set back in 1980. Miller soloed a 3:58.10 to take the win on day four of the AAU Junior Olympics. The win comes after Miller cruised a 1:52.53 during the 800m prelims on Monday afternoon.
