2018 NorCal Multi-Event Championships:
One-Day Decathlon/Heptathlon/Pentathlon
& NorCal 10K/5K Championship
Fees:
10K: $20 per athlete
Multis: $40 per athlete
Make checks to Northgate Boosters Track
Coaches will be asked to assist in the officiating.
Awards: There will be medals to the top three in each event. For the 10K, there will be medals for the top three in each gender.
Registration: Is on athletic.net. We also take same-day registrations as well.
Schedule:
7:00 10K/5K check in
7:30 10K/5K combined genders
8:00 Multi-event check-in
9:00 Multi-event starts. We will follow a rolling schedule.
Timing: Fully automatic timing by Diablo Valley Timing.
