County Clash VI
Friday, March 23, 2018 Oakdale HS
The County Clash will feature the Top 7 competitors from the Stanislaus County Meet
(March 9th), the Merced County Meet (March 10th) & the San Joaquin County Meet
(March 16th)
When: Friday March 23, 2018
*Track Events will begin at 5:00 PM.
*Field Events will begin at 4:00 PM.
Where: Oakdale High School
Awards: There will be a perpetual Co-Ed team championship trophy for the highest
scoring school and patches for the top 3 in each event. Team Scoring 10-
8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Entry Fees: Competitors and Coaches enter for free.
Entries: Athletes who placed in the Top 7 at their county meet in the Varsity
division will advance to the County Clash (Top 10 in the 1600/3200). No
online entry is required. Coaches are allowed to substitute athletes as
needed, please email substitutions prior to the meet. Preliminary heat
sheets will be posted on Monday, March 19th at www.pitmantrack.com
Alternates: Alternates for each event will be the three athletes with the best marks
from all three qualifying meets combined and may replace an athlete from
any county.
Race Seeding: The heats will be seeded by qualifying times, fastest heat will run last.
Field Events: The top 9 athletes after trials will advance to the final. Field events will
start at 4:00pm, the second group will start after the first group is done.
Food: There will be a snack bar open during the event
Admission: General - $5
Results: Results for all races will be posted following each race on the results
boards at the south end of the stadium.
