Tell us how your training is going?

Summer training is going great. I’ve never hurt so much on runs so you know the training is great. I’ve put in more work than ever before so I’m looking forward to a great season.

What are your goals for the upcoming season?

I plan on doing the best I can but I’m not sure how well that is. I’m hoping to go sub fifteen in a 5k and for our xc team to compete for a win at state. We’ve worked hard enough, now we just got to race hard enough.

How long have you been running and how did you get started?

I started running in the fall of freshman year during high school track season.

No

MT. SAC

Toughest course in California?

They’re all tough

What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?

Cif prelims at MT. SAC where we ran together as a team and had a great last mile

 

Favorite Cross Country memory?

Mammoth sophomore year when coach screamed at me for falling asleep during mile repeats.

When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?

Sleep!!!!
