GIRLS ATHLETE OF THE YEAR
Natalie Ewe (Lowell) -- Ewe, a senior distance runner, won the City titles in the 800 meters (2:28.40), 1600 (5:28.30) and 3200 (12:01.70). She ran at the State Meet in the 1600 and 3200, running a 5:08.82 PR in her heat of the 1600 and a 11:09.16 in Saturday night's 3200 final (the eight-lap race is the only event among the 16 contested at State that does not have a Friday prelim).
