Workout Wednesday: Duncanville Boys' Early Season Sprint Endurance Workout


While on a Workout Wednesday trip to Dallas in January, we caught up with the Duncanville (Texas) High School boys program. 

A powerhouse in the sprints each year in Texas, the Panthers come from one of the deepest districts in the country. In the fall, they received a boost to their lineup when Noah Green, a national-caliber hurdler from Overland Park, Kansas, transferred to Duncanville. Green later signed with the University of Kansas during the early signing period. 

The Panthers will compete in their second meet of the season, the Bob Alpert Relays, on its home track this Saturday.
