Division V Girls

Live!!! Mission Prep senior Jordan Hasay made her mark on the State Championships with a dominating 17:18 individual victory. This marks her fourth consecutive California State Cross Country Championship.

After blasting through the first mile in 5:15 it was clear Hasay was on her own. She slowed in the coming miles but still turned in one of the top individual performances of all-time recording her second fastest state meet victory. For the 2nd straight year her teammate Anne Mooney placed second.

Chadwick defeated the Woodcrest Christian girls for the second straight week claiming individual team honors going away placing top four runners in the top 20.

Division V Boys

As predicted the Woodcrest Christian boys team dominated the team competition going away 66-82 over surprise Flintridge Prep. Led by individual state champion Jake Jeanson, the Royals placed three runners in the top five which was enough to secure victory. Jeason, capped off a tremendous prep career with individual honors after finishing 2nd in the 2007 race.
