We already previewed the CIF State Championship running events and field events, but we left out one important topic: who are the contenders for the team titles? This article will address that question by looking at the team scoring three ways, and you'll also find my predictions for the final results.
The girls' team scoring looks like a toss-up, with as many as five teams capable of winning based on how the individual events break. On the boys' side, there are fewer contenders, although the battle at the top is still close enough to make that part of the meet exciting. For more details, check out the next two slides!
