Uh, Fiona O'Keeffe. Watch Fiona O'Keeffe, because who knows when another talent like this will appear in this section? The good news is, you can watch her race, and then still pay close attention to the other strong runners in the area - her returning time is #1 in the state and 1:20 faster than the next-best returning 5K runner in this division - which happens to be teammate Sofia Castiglioni. Angela Dipentino (Woodcreek) followed up her strong fall season with an 11:00/5:04 spring, and that could push her times down toward the 18-minute barrier this fall.
