Arcadia Updates

MileStat.com will be posting updates of how the Virginians perform out in Arcadia as soon as possible. Just two hours before the start of invitational division events at 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (8 PM Eastern Standard Time), MileStat.com photographer David Fleenor (on-site at Arcadia) reported the weather to be cold with a drizzly rain. Tonight will have from Virginia: Axel Mostrag in the boys mile, Griff Graves in the boys 3200, Catherine White in the girls 3200, and Fork Union in the boys DMR will be competing this morning. Mostrag is not planning to compete on the DMR. Blacksburg junior Laurel MacMillan competed earlier in the meet in the unseeded section of 3200 meter run and clocked a personal best time of 11:03.34 (PR by 5 seconds) to finish ninth. Just goes to show the incredible depth in the quality level of competition found in the meet for MacMillan to be just over 11 minutes and finish ninth in an unseeded section of a girls 3200. More to come from Arcadia!
